LPI's HaMeor SheBah video series features leading mashpi'im speaking about teachings from the tzaddikim presented in our Chassidus Daily quote project.
This installment is graciously sponsored l'illui nishmas Devorah Rivkah Bas Yaffa Malka. May the neshama have an aliyah!
ABOUT CHASSIDUS DAILY: This LPI program features a daily quote from the seforim hakedoshim and twice-weekly videos from leading mashpi'im expounding on the teachings. We are focusing on one sefer at a time, presenting quotes that encapsulate foundational concepts in Chassidus and penimiyus haTorah. Although many of these works are arranged in accordance with the parsha, the teachings are universal and unrelated to the parsha in which they are found - relevant all year round.
Our first series focused on the teachings of Rav Levi Yitzhok of Berditchov in sefer Kedushas Levi, and our second covered sefer Meor Einayim. We are now journeying through sefer Mei HaShiloach
, the collected teachings of Rebbe Menachem Nochum of Chernobyl z"ya .

-------
In the year 1806, Rebbe Nachman of Breslov began his most famous tale with the words, "Along a journey, I told a story." This legendary tale, "The Lost Princess," tells of the long, tumultuous, and ultimately glorious journey of a viceroy who has devoted his life to locating a princess abducted from her father's palace and returning her home.
The princess represents the soulfulness, faith, passion, inwardness, joy, and wonder of youth that have become lost over time in the murkiness of the modern experience. The viceroy represents you and me, wandering souls on a mission to reclaim the passion of youth. We have set our eyes on a life that is filled with wonder, illumination, and excitement. We long for an avodas Hashem that is bursting with a tangible feeling of closeness with our Creator. Indeed, we are all searching for the princess, the soul of life, each in our own way.
Founded upon twenty-five core principles upon extracted from from “The Story of Our Lives”, R’ Yaakov Klein’s upcoming book on the “The Lost Princess”, the Lost Princess Initiative provides a compass for this essential search, using the life-changing teachings of our greatest tzaddikim to guide us toward our goal.
