Ingredients:
one aubergine 🍆
one zucchini (courgette)
one onion 🧅
one bell pepper 🫑
one chilli 🌶️ (optional)
two cloves of garlic 🧄
one tomato 🍅
salt
black pepper
olive oil
fresh thyme

method:
shallow fry all the vegs apart from tomato.
add the tomato, season with salt, pepper and thyme.
when the tomato is soft the food is ready.

Serve with hummus and bread.

בצל אחד 🧅
פלפל מתוק אחד 🫑
צ'ילי אחד (️ (לא חובה)
שתי שיני שום 🧄
עגבנייה אחת 🍅
מלח
פלפל שחור
שמן זית
טימין (קורנית) טרי - כמה ענפים

אופן ההכנה:
לטגן את כל הירקות מלבד עגבנייה.
מוסיפים את העגבנייה, מתבלים במלח, פלפל וטימין.
כשהעגבנייה רכה האוכל מוכן.

מגישים עם חומוס ולחם.
