מצרכים:
500 מ"ל שמנת מתוקה
500 מ"ל חלב מרוכז
כף אחת של ממרח לוטוס
250 גר' שברי עוגיות לוטוס
אופן הכנה:
מקציפים את השמנת מתוקה במיקסר עד לקבלת קצפת יציבה.
מוסיפים את החלב מרוכז, ממרח לוטוס והעוגיות לוטוס ומקציפים,
עד שהרכיבים מתאחדים.
מעבירים לקערה ומכסים בנייר כסף.
מקפיאים ל24 שעות לפחות.

Ingredients:
500 ml sweet cream
500 ml sweetened condensed milk
Cape Lotus spread
250 g lotus broken cookie
topping:
MIx the cream sweet cream mixer until Stable cream.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, lotus spread and lotus cookies and mix
,Until the ingredients come together.
Transfer to a bowl and cover with aluminum foil.
Freeze for 24 hours at least.
