בקערה נערבב כוס קמח...חצי כפית אבקת סודה לשתיה..קורט מלח...רבע כוס סוכר ושקית סוכר וניל..נוסיף ביצה גודל לארג'...3/4 כוס חלב....25 גרם חמאה..נערבב לבלילה אחידה...נמרח מעט שמן על מחבת נון סטיק...נחמם על להבה בינונית-נמוכה....ונוסיף את הבלילה..נפזר תוספות מעל(שוקולד צ'יפס..צימוקים..קוקוס...אוכמניות..תותים ועוד)נחמם עד הופעת בועות על פני הפנקייק...נהפוך על צלחת בקוטר הפנקייק..ונחזיר למחבת..נטגן עוד 2-3 דקות..ונעביר לצלחת הגשה..
