3 בצלים קצוצים מטוגנים במחבת בשמן זית,2 קופסאות של פטריות שמפיניון טריות חתוכות(לא לטגן)
3 בצלים ירוקים חתוכים וקצוצים
שלושת רבעי כוס שמן
רבע כוס מים, 3 ביצים
2 כפות אבקת מרק פטריות
חצי כפית מלח
חצי כפית פלפל שחור
כוס וחצי קמח פלוס כפית וחצי אבקת אפיה.
לערבב הכל בקערה ולהכניס לכחצי שעה לתנור שחומם מראש ל180 מעלות
