פשטידת תפוחי אדמה נהדרת מומלצת בכל פה
6-7 תפוחי אדמה מבושלים ומקולפים חתוכים גס עם סכין בתוך קערה
מוסיפים 3 ביצים גדולות
1/3 כוס שמן
כוס קמח תופח או כוס קמח עם כפית אבקת אפיה
3/4 כוס גבינה מגורדת
1/2 כוס שמנת מתוקה
כפית כמון
מעט אגוז מוסקט
כפית פפריקה מתוקה
חצי כפית כוסברה טחונה
מלח/פלפל שחור
מערבבים הכל יחד,שופכים לתבנית פיירקס שעליה נייר אפיה משומן,ואופים כ25 דקות בתנור שחומם מראש ל180 מעלות .

6-7 boiled and peeled potatoes, coarsely cut with a knife in a bowl
Add 3 large eggs
1/3 cup oil
A cup of flour or a cup of flour with a teaspoon of baking powder
3/4 cup grated cheese
1/2 cup sweet cream
Spoon of cumin
A little nutmeg
A teaspoon of sweet paprika
Half teaspoon coriander ground
Salt / Black pepper
